Yum Seng @ Awana, Genting

We reached Awana Genting by mid-night. Once we arrived, Damien leads us to his apartment and all switches was not working. Damien told us there is a Main Switch we need to turn it on first. Everyone of us start looking for the switch in the dark. we open every cabinets and look inside, we look behind doors, we look for it on every corners... but failed.

above: the MASTER SWITCH !! is whose idea to make the switch look like the water heater switch?? *&^%$#@!

at last, after 10 to 15min, Damien found the switch at the entrance just beside the washroom. and all of us have a good laugh. the apartment is big with 2 big rooms. we walk-around to explore the place.

Swensen - SS2

above: the Volcano - 9 flavours of your choice. (always the malaysian style - ROJAK!)

hahaha!! I LOVE ICE-CREAM ! as we having this ice-cream, we are having this idea of going to Genting Higlands later on. What a GREAT idea!!!

we goto petrol station and convinience stores to get some tit-bits, some breads, snacks....and make our way to the hill.

... ...

Korean BBQ @ SS2

is was another hectic day. we knowing that we will be having a hard-week soon, so after working we planned and headed to this Korean BBQ restaurant to pamper our taste bud. personally, nothing beats a great meal.

above: hock & joyce, they are going to gain-weight soon by f0llowing me for dinner almost every day now.

above: brian, enjoying the korean "happy-meal"... hahaha (what so funny??)

above: damien law & jie ai, both of them are always like our tai-kor and tai-ka-jie.

above: bbq-pork, ultra-thin slices, marinated with some secret-recipe korean sauce. simply wonderful!! delicious & jiucy.

above: ai yo yo!! my fellow friends, they never have enough of beer. but this is something unusual... the korean-rice-beer. quite nice. (expensive oh, RM25.00 per small bottle)

above: for me, always the classic drink - the green tea. (free flow... hehehe)

after this great meal, we have jokes and chat. very enjoying. the boss is so genereous, and serve us a korean style omelette (friend eggs) personally for FREE. maybe is because we are making too much of noise, and he wanted us to leave early. hahaha!!!

we after that headed to Swensen (opposite the road) for our deserts.

So busy! So many project! So stupid!

Wow! That's over a hundred of Intel processors! So, what so excited??

I have no excitement at all. I have seen these enough. This project, that project, that event... almost every week we are producing over hundreds of computer.

I can't stand it already! Really "beh tahan"!!

What is a lively sauce?

Please read the final sentence on the bottle's fine print.
After a blady full pizza meal, i felt very lively. Wondering why...
Oh! I found the answer. Anyway, is a nice phrase for life. Just sharing.

"A few drops add a little flavor. A lot of drops add a lot of life." - Tabasbo sauce (over 130 years)

Taiwanese Bubble Tea Restaurant @ Uptown

Yum Seng @ Laundry, The Curve

After a tiring day of long hour & sucking working day, was suggested by a few of my collegues... Let's go have dinner and enjoy! We first headed to Midvalley shopping mall for dinner at a famous taiwanese restaurant (billed at RM370 for 6 pax. Is a pain). Then we route to The Curve for the 'Yam Seng' section.

Mamak Table License

What a creative idea? The town board are issuing license for tables that placed by roadside. The restaurant or the mamak stall owner just have to apply for it, any number of tables, for any duration. Is just like our vehicle's roadtax.
WAH LAU EH!

Dinner: Pizza - Uno @ USJ, Taipan.

Dinner: Berkeley Garden, Klang - Fatty Mee Hoon Kuih

heard of 'pan mee' ? 'mee hoon kuih' is just another name for it. is kinda of a very fine thin flour-noodle that cook in soup or mix-dry with black soy sauce.

i just love this kind of noodle when i was in my younger age. my mom was very good in making it. but she don't make it anymore, she said "i forgot already".

anyway, i heard from many people about this restaurant makes the most delicious 'mee hoon kuih' in town. and without another seconds, i went to try it....and it was few years back till now.

few days back, i went again with a few of my friends. and in the same week, i actually make two visits there. hahaha... cause it is really nice.

The restaurant names FATTY Mee Hoon Kuih House located in Berkeley Garden, Klang, Selangor Darul Ehsan. Maybe, I should give some simple direction here.

Federal Highway, from KL toward Klang direction. After the Bukit Raja Klang toll, keep left and you will pass by the Jusco Shopping Mall on your right. then about 300m ahead take the ramp on left and you will come to a roundabout. Take the right exit, then you will pass over a church on the left. Just after the church, you will see a row on shops on your left, turn right at the shop. The restaurant will be on your left side.

many write ups, newspaper cuttings, photo are displayed in the shop as well as on the stall.

if you are visiting the restaurant during the peak hours, the lunch or dinner, you will need to try out the fried-chicken ordered from the stall next door. Because it will be take a bit longer for the servings. They will cook it bowl by bowl... and there will be many people queuing up for 'take-away'.

look that the soup, so clear. you can see everything beneath. clear soup and yet tasty. Mee Hoon Kuih is usually served with anchovies, and minced-pork. if you prefer a bit spicy, you can eat it with red-chilies or add some pepper to it. Mama-mia!!

you may also request to add on eggs to your order.

i added lots of pepper into my bowl. simple dish, but it is so delicous... can't resist it, always wanted to order another bowl. hahaha....but too shy (pai-seh).

this is my bowl... definately mine. hahaha... i even finished up the soup!!! :)

so, let's go try it one day. believe me you will love it...and will back for more. hahahaa... oh ya... maybe can call me to go together too.
