And I am happy today, cause I am granted a temporary VISA at the very last minute in the morning...and I am free to go!! Go Seremban with Nigel in his Proton Satria GTi.
With a recorded average speed of 140km/h and the help from the GPS navigation, we finally arrived Seremban at 14:30. We went to Cindy's house and then headed to the Seremban Wet Market for our late lunch.
Cindy's god father owned a coffee shop (Weng Heung Coffe Shop) in the Seremban Wet Market. He is the Master of Hai-nan Coffee. He follows his grand grand father foot steps in making famous Hai-nan Coffee for more than 30 years, even since the Seremban Wet Market is built.
We ordered the famouse coffee, and the traditional toast bread. What makes the traditional toasted bread so popular is the home-made bread that it is so soft and crispy, every bites is so light and yummy. After the bread are toasted, Planta (Vegetable Gee) and Kaya (Coconut Jam) will spread on it.

When I am tasting the bread and the coffee, it makes me think back of my childhood days. My grandfather will bring me to the coffee shop and share his coffee and bread with me. My grandfather will pour the coffee on the saucer for me and he will drink using the cup. one slice of bread for me and the another half for him. Sometime, my grandfather will also order half-boiled eggs too. What a sweet memories.Oh! one more thing, the tunes from the coffee shop...Redifusion Radio. Hope you people still remember this subscribed radio station.
Fun Fun Fun !!! :)
